Goodness Aid and Solidarity Association (Goodness Association) is a non-governmental organization with public benefit status, with roots dating back 40 years, founded in 2009 and gaining the status of a national/international aid organization with its ordinary general assembly meeting held in 2013.
The scope of activity of the İyilik Association covers people in need of assistance in cases of natural disasters, man-made disasters, wars, hunger, thirst and all kinds of emergency aid. The İyilik Association, whose scope of activity is not limited to humanitarian aid, also continues its work in the fields of education, culture and civilization construction. The İyilik Association, which is active in Türkiye with 60 representatives and representatives opening in different cities every day, coordinates with reliable partners in Africa, the Balkans, the Middle East and Europe worldwide.
Need for Change, Expectations and Goals
İyilik Derneği wanted to combine all donation processes on their website and other fundraising resources on a single platform and manage them more easily, which was their main goal. They started looking for a solution to put an end to manual processes and automate association management processes. Implementation and Distribution Process
İyilik Association uses Aidango Association ERP software in its association management systems.
Aidango’s solutions are perfectly synchronized on a single platform. With the sacrifice donation application, software solutions were developed for processes such as determining donors and the sacrifices to be slaughtered, in which country and what type of animal the sacrifice will be slaughtered and how many shares it will be divided into. Videos and images taken at the time of slaughter were sent to donors via SMS and e-mail. A scholarship application was developed for systematic tracking of scholarships given to orphans. The association was able to see in detail the types of donations and the method they were received by using the website for donation management and tracking. In the dairy goat distribution, one of the sustainable aid projects of the İyilik Association, a management system was created that tracks which countries and stages the distribution was made. Donors were provided with transparent information flow by sending visuals of the delivered dairy goats. Thanks to Aidango’s other solutions, the reasons for donors’ contact were tracked using call records. Regular reports were shared with senior management. The recurring POS feature of the call center facilitated the tracking of regular donation payments and ensured systematic tracking.
